Maybe you can do what we asked and meter the batteries as what was suggested otherwise I don't think there's anything left to talk about to help you. Bye

"Accusense" is the smart, self-contained DPI charger, just look at the label of the old charger.

Bowtie, I have an older EZGO charger that does this routinely, and as near as I can determine with testing and help from the resident EZGO guru JohnnieB, the capacitor is getting weak in the charger and not allowing the charger to bring the volts up high enough quick enough to shut off. It MAY be possible that yours is having the same issue.

----OR----

The new used charger may have the relay inside bypassed, it's pretty common when folks want to test a charger or force charge a cart without the OBC. This would cause the charger to do exactly what you're describing and ignore the OBC's commands. I would lean toward this scenario first. Can you post a picture or two of your charger and a picture or two of the inside of it, specifically of the relay wiring?

Thanks. I'm going to put it on the charger today and when it gets down to 4 amps im going to check the voltage again lol. And post what it checks. I've done that several times but can't remember what it checked.
