EZGO MPT1000 (Workhorse) from WA
G'day guys,
Recently I was given this cart so its my new hobby, got a brand new baby at home so won't be going out much anyway... At this stage looking to fit a 6" lift (drop axle I think) 22/23" tyres, nice shiny new paint etc... Having a bit of trouble finding parts that I'm chasing in Australia, so if anyone knows the U.S. Part numbers so I can just get my lift from fleabay or direct that would be awesome! Hopefully I'll get the batteries topped up enough in the next few days to test the motor and make sure it runs, they were all down at around 3v when I picked it up, so I'm pretty sure they're cactus. As long as I know it runs I can replace them later though. For whatever reason my iPad won't let me post pictures I'll try to get some up asap. |

It's alive! Chocked it up and tested it this morning everything works so I'm pretty pleased with that. Only seems to have one drive wheel though, is that normal or should both rear wheels be turning?
Anyway now I know it runs I can start working on it properly! |

Re: EZGO MPT1000 (Workhorse) from WA
So now that I know the cart runs, time to start shopping for a lift kit... Anyone know if the txt kits will fit? Or is there a 6" drop axle kit for an MPT1000? Having a hard time tracking down a kit in Australia, so it looks like it'll be a fleabay job... I've found some spindle kits but I think I like the idea of a drop axle lift better.
