Also you may be able to build them back up by taking quick rides ( 10-15 minutes ) then putting it back on charge to build up the state of charge of the batteries. Maybe do that for a week or so instead of letting it sit. That may help too

Just took it out for a quick ride. It still wants to crawl forward and reverse when i move the FNR switch to each side. its very slow but if i move it all the way the cart goes properly in both directions

I wil do this with the batteries. Thanks.

Some voltage readings would help determine if your batteries are toast or not

Did you check the water? Mine sat for 6 months outside through the winter and when I went to charge them they were pretty much empty and it wouldnt charge. I also found a bad cable in the series but replaced the cable and filled them up with water and they last 1.5 to 2 days of driving before it becomes a slug.

If you move it all the way the cart goes properly? The F-N-R switch should be all the way F or all the way R to go. If it's in N that's neutral and should not go.
