Hip restraint change out
Has anyone ever customized the stock plastic hip restraints? Was thinking about getting rid of those and making some new ones out of square tube metal, lengthen it attaching with different brackets under the seat and attaching arm rests with cup holders since those original plastic hip restraints really don't serve much of a purpose..anyone ever attempt something like this?

I removed them entirely. Armrests and cupholders right there make it very difficult to get off the cart.

I agree except the wifey wants something right there and hates those stock ones just wasn't sure if anyone had ever fabricated anything like that

My idea would be to have something that can flip up and out of the way for entry and exit
 I may have to build that for my cart |
