Danaher vs Curtis controller for golf only
I am purchasing a used RXV to refurbish. I can get either a 2012 with the danaher controller or 2013 with the Curtis. It's going to used for golf and neighborhood transportation. Speed is more important than torque to me. It won't be lifted but will have either 18.5" or 20.5" tire wheel combo with 6 8v batteries.
Which controller would you suggest I purchase |

Re: Danaher vs Curtis controller for golf only
They will both perform very close to the same. They both are programmable (by the dealer) to 19mph. Neither should be outfitted with high speed gears, harms braking performance & creates a weird "roll back" when cart stops (i have not been able to "program them out" yet either). The parts for the Curtis model are more available & cheaper to repair. The curtis model has much more flexible programability. Personally, i would go with the Curtis for sure.
