I have owned both a gas and sparky RXV that I ran 21" tall tires on and the sparky would run in the low 20's and the gaser with the same tire mid 20s at 4K rpm. My brother has a sparky that is lifted and was installed correctly and it scares the crap out of me at like 16-18mph. All over the road.. Not sure why but that was proof enough for me not to lift mine. If you want it for speed just how long does it take to go a couple hundred yards to the gf's house ?

Now if it was Christy Brinkley ....

I also go to the beach with it. Back roads to the pizza place and the occasional packy run..

As Bob mentioned the RXV's don't have drum or disc brakes at the wheels only a motor brake. Good luck with the new cart
