Re: Rhino liner on frame to prevent rusting?
Thanks a lot everyone for your replies. I appreciate the great advice. I will have to look into further to see his process. He applies them to all refurbed EZGO's so I am not sure how much he charges separately for this process. It's included in his final cost, but his carts are definitely more on the expensive side.

Re: Rhino liner on frame to prevent rusting?
FWIW, I think any rust application would also need to be applied inside any tube type of any part of a frame to prevent rusting from the inside out.

Re: Rhino liner on frame to prevent rusting?
OH YES! Unless the tube is WELDED shut and no bolts through it. Thats where oil or Fluid Film come in, it creeps everywhere. We drill holes on body and frame cavities, spray oil in and plug the hole with a plastic plug. Then the next time the vehicle is sprayed, simply pup the plug out and spray in more product.

Re: Rhino liner on frame to prevent rusting?
My entire cart is done in linex. I have done whole trucks in linex before also. I can tell you it will prevent rust. I can not speak for the rhino product, but the linex is some tough stuff. Once on a surface, its hard to get off!
