Can the obc be bypassed to see if this is the issue with this car and why it does not move??

The OBC is a bit more complicated than this. Check the voltage between the solenoids 2 small terminals when you try to go. IT should be the same as the pack voltage. If no test between the pack main (+) and the post with the light blue wire to see if you have power there. If no the OBC could be the trouble.

Any one have a suggestion, what should the field and arm. resistance be?

You get the reverse buzzer and solenoid click (not MCOR click) when the rocker switch is toggled to reverse?

Yes they both work normal

Have yo tested the output of the MCOR to make sure it is sending out the proper ohms or at least a gradual change? If so, it may be your controller. If you get to that point contact David Hicks (TahoDawg71) at Revolution Golf Cars for some testing instructions to verify the controller or if there is something else we are not thinking of. Sergio, scottyb, or one of the other astute members may have test method or another idea too.

I did test the MCOR and its good. Thank for your help. Greg
