Default New Solenoid installed - club car wont move

I know I have another thread but I wanted to start a new one to help route down the problem.

upgraded my cc 98 DS 48V with 500a controller, 600a solenoid and HD FNR. CC stopped working a week later out of no where. I replaced the solenoid since we shorted it by accident with a new one.

I have 50V at the batttery packs, ignition switch, continuity at the FNR switches and 50V at both large posts of solenoid. When I engage in forward, no solenoid click, no voltage at the small posts at all. Everywhere else in the cart has readings on point.

I replaced the vglide ms last week with a new one, the issue is I need to get current to the small posts I believe on the solenoid to engage it right? I am just lost on how to trace back and or what to look for to see if I missed something. As I remember correctly, everything was working before and just stopped. In the process I did find the blue ignition switch that looked cut, put new connectors on and wired it all up.

I just don't know where else to test. Controller only engages when you jump the solenoid.

Do you still have an OBC in the system? If so, jump it out and see if it'll run. Run a temporary jumper wire from the SMALL post of the solenoid with the yellow wire to the B- negative post of the controller and see if she'll run. If it does, the OBC is to blame.

So again, cart was running fine. Went to s friends down the road and didn't move. My buddy towed me back and during the process it moved again. Then stopped. Recently my issues stemmed from the micro switch having to be replaced. Once I did that we were fine for 4 days. Not sure what the issue can be st this point.

Does the solenoid click when the car is in failed status?

I'm going to have to check to see if controller is getting power and the micro switch again. I'm at the point now of getting someone to just look everything over.

The throttle signal has nothing to do with the solenoid clicking. Did you try my test procedure from post #2?
