Default RXV battery question

It is time for new batteries.
2010 RXV
Currently have four 12 volt US installed.
Looking for recommendations on replacements/upgrade.
6 x 8 volt
8 x 6 volt
Is there a battery tray and hold down conversion kit available?
Thanks in advance for your help!

There should be a replacement tray for 8v batteries. Most people have 6x8v batteries but having 8x6v would be even better. Not sure 8 batteries can fit in there though

Some people are using TXT battery trays in the RXV too but it needs some modification of course

The experts say 6 - 8 volt batteries and matching tray for longgevity and longer run time. I don't know who sells the tray but serf the site sponsors. My Trojan's are still good but that's my plan when the time comes.

I love the 350amp controller, if it can't climb a hill it will dig in. No more jumping out and pushing by passengers like the Flintstones.

Ezgo sells the correct tray, never tried converting a TXT tray.
