Re: Hidden on/off switch - any suggestions where?
I am going to use a magnetic reed switch mounted in the bottom of one of the cupholders. Then to complete the circuit, I will just use a coozie that I have that has a magnetic base. As long as its in the right cupholder the cart will start and run, pick up my drink and walk away (or just put it in another cupholder) and the cart will not even turn over. I mean come one, who thinks anything of a beer in a cupholder, right?

Re: Hidden on/off switch - any suggestions where?
I'm new here and have just been reading for a while but just had to say, I like the way you think Monkey1. I have been in the new car repair business for many years and have seen a lot of new ideas but a coozie controlled anti- theft device? Great Idea, I like the way you think. I have a 1984 ez go that I have started to restore and have gotten a lot of good ideas here and I can assure you that it will have one of these when it is finished.

Re: Hidden on/off switch - any suggestions where?
Looking at my cart the other day I am going to put a switch in the opening to the left of the existing switch. Some use this opening for a radio. I will never have a radio. If you reach in there is plenty of room upwards.
