48 volt club not moving
golf cart ran good until obc malfunction and it wouldn't charge, so we replace obc and hook everything back up and it didn't move, then we replace the solenoid, and it still aint moving

But did it charge and did you verify the voltage on the pack?

it does charge and has battery have good voltage

And if nothing arced or grounded while doing it then you need to just start with the basic troubleshooting...
Are you getting a "click" at the solenoid? If not, check for 48v pos & neg at that two small terminals If you have it, bad solenoid or stuck, if you don't, back up and test where you are loosing the Pos and/or Neg. You have to get the solenoid to close to get the cart to move. If you jump across the big posts, you will only complete the circuit and still not know if it is the solenoid or the input voltages to operate it. |

we test old soleniod and it was bad, so we replace it, the diode and the resister all together
