It looks like the Controller is trying to activate the Solenoid but it is not working.

You can verify that by the top right radio button named "Relay Status".

If that is ON, the controller activated the Solenoid, so the options are:
1) Solenoid is not working.
2) There is a loose cable on either side of the Solenoid small posts.
3) The Controller internal Solenoid activation circuit failed.
Try tapping the solenoid with a rubber mallet or wood handle to see if the plunger is stuck.

Otherwise You will need to get some probes on the solenoid small posts to see if the positive and negative voltages are present on the Solenoid small posts.

That battery voltage drop may indicate a bad battery. Can you do the same test with a voltmeter on each battery to eliminate a simple battery problem?
With the monitor plugged in you can see if the throttle is smoothly going 0-100%. And if the charger lockout is active when you try to go.

Checked each battery, all read 9 volts (no tenth option on my meter)

Relay status is on when I push accelerator

Throttle shows to go to 100%

Checked voltage at small posts on solenoid and they read 50 volts when I press the accelerator.

Tried tapping solenoid but no help.

Bad solenoid??? It’s a 400 amp and only been installed for about 6 months.

You already knew the batteries were good since the voltmeter did not show a voltage drop, only the Controller was sensing the low voltage on the other side of the Solenoid.

If You meter probes were connected to each side of the solenoid small posts when you got the 50v reading, the Solenoid has failed.
