Pulled Low - According to the FSIP Guide on page 20 - "The solenoid is closed by Pin 12, the blue/white wire being pulled to ground only when all required inputs are connected to battery positive" (see diagram on page 20).

I notice that the PDF version of the guide may not be too functional ... it is really designed to be viewed interactively online.

Yeah I got that but does pulled low mean "voltage lower than pack voltage"?

I too am not familiar with this term "pulled to ground".

My "interpretation" is that the voltage in that Blue/White wire (negative post of solenoid activating coil) should be either zero (i.e. grounded) or substantially reduced below the pack voltage to enable the solenoid main contact to close.

Test the voltage at that point and see what you get.

Perhaps a more experienced BGW member can comment on this

"pulled low" or "pulled to ground" means that a transistor inside the controller turns on and connects that wire to ground (B-) in order to energize the solenoid.

To test for the presence of "negative", You put Your meter positive probe in the pack positive battery post and the meter negative probe on the wire being tested.

If the wire goes "Low", the meter will show pack voltage.

So after going through all the test procedures all signs point to my OBC having the cart locked out. I know how to do the by-pass for OBC's not allowing it to charge but what about when they shut the cart down?

Also I'm having trouble finding a replacement OBC the part number on this one is: 103328201

Still having issues and can’t figure out how to bypass the OBC to allow the cart to run...is that even possible??

Just look at the stickies:
http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...excel-obc.html
All You need to do is put a wire jumper between the Blue and the White wires in the OBC 6-pin connector on the harness side.
