OK, since we're off track a little bit I'll just throw this out now too; the OBC bypass is just another ground wire from the negative of the three prong charger port to the negative of my #8 battery which bypasses the OBC. That's the only connection right?

Then you have the gray sense wire that has to be ran there, too. That is if you are going to use the OEM charger that was triggered by the OBC. If you are going to use an aftermarket smart charger, it does not have to be as that charger is triggered by the battery pack itself. If it is a Club Car and you are going to leave it bypassed or remove it and you have your stock Curtis controller, you also need to connect the Blue and White wires together on the OBC 6-pin connector (see the stickies at the top of the forum for more info).
