Default Fender Flares - Tire Rubs

I have a 14 Club Car with no lift. The tires rub when I have two adults on the rear seat. I would prefer to stay away from stiffer springs that will roughen the ride when not using the back seat. Is there a fender flare kit that allows me to cut away some of the existing fenders?

They do make fender flar kits. That said you’ll have to carefully position them to allow you to trim the stock fender pieces. You might be able to take off around 1/2-1inch in some places while still following the molded curvature of the fender flares and how they hug the stock cart trim.

You can also opt for a two way leaf spring.

You can run the stock Onward rear fender flares. Club Car trims the existing fender under there back about 1/2" to 3/4" to avoid rubbing. You will still need to find a Front fender to go with them. If you go that route you also need new floor mat retainers on each side (side skirts). The Onward ones extend back at the rear overlap by another 2/8's to reach the Onward flares.
