Its a Madjax rear flip seat, a Rhox rear safety bar/hitch combo and a Jakes 3" spindle lift. The tires are 23" Sahara Classics.

Wait what? Can the 235 unit handle more current in reality than the 350 but at the expense of heat/life? Or is that in theory only?
It CAN handle more than rated, but that is not what I was trying to point out. The 1206AC-5201 was the very first of a new controller series, so Curtis left it pretty much undefined. It has the ability to be upgraded, at a hardware level, to handle up to 800 amps, so the original OS was given the range to support an upgrade, even OS/VCL upgrades. All future models were more strictly defined in OS, with a hard defined limit. The 1206AC-5201 was the most common 1206AC controller made, and FSIP literally has over 600 of them in stock. They can turn the surplus 1206AC-5201 controllers into any other 1206AC-5XXX controller by upgrading it. Even they did not know about this capability until I told them. They are selling them on eBay for $499 with free shipping to try to get rid of them!

Are you familiar with the hardware upgrades that a 5201 would need to withstand 800amp? (Is that 800a per channel?)

Yes, the FETs can be upgraded, which also requires a heatsink upgrade if you take it much higher than 350 Amps per phase. And yes, that is a per phase rating.
