have you checked the spring bushings? If they are gone, that may be where some of the harshness is coming from.

But you aren't going to get the Cadillac ride regardless. It's a simple vehicle meant to ride 13mph on a smooth cart path and smooth grass.
I'm sure you could make it better than stock, but it'll never be truly good unless you go way overboard on redoing the suspension. reducing tire pressure gives a better ride at the cost of increasing rolling resistance. My tires are rated for 20psi and I have them at 16. They are much smoother at 13, but that increases rolling resistance. |
