Default Voltage reducer problem

Just installed a 48 volt reducer from ScottyB, I can’t seem to get the 12 volts to come out of it on the red wire. I checked and double checked the wiring, confirmed power to the unit. But I get nothing back.

Anyone have this issue, or know what I can check?

Does the reducer have both a switch & unswitched output.

I guess I should have asked, does the unswitched have 12 volts on it?

I believe the red is the Switched 12 volts, and the other one is like a yellow and unswitched meaning it will have power when the cart is off.

According to the instructions. Yellow=B+, Black=B-, green is from the key switch accessories, red to fuse box, and blue to radio for low voltage memory.

Check your connections to the batteries. Assuming they’re good, send the reducer back. It’s defective.

I’ll recheck, but that’s what it was afraid of. Thanks for the help.
