Voltage reducer problem
Just installed a 48 volt reducer from ScottyB, I can’t seem to get the 12 volts to come out of it on the red wire. I checked and double checked the wiring, confirmed power to the unit. But I get nothing back.
Anyone have this issue, or know what I can check? |

Re: Voltage reducer problem
Does the reducer have both a switch & unswitched output.

Re: Voltage reducer problem
I guess I should have asked, does the unswitched have 12 volts on it?
I believe the red is the Switched 12 volts, and the other one is like a yellow and unswitched meaning it will have power when the cart is off. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Re: Voltage reducer problem
According to the instructions. Yellow=B+, Black=B-, green is from the key switch accessories, red to fuse box, and blue to radio for low voltage memory.

Re: Voltage reducer problem
Check your connections to the batteries. Assuming they’re good, send the reducer back. It’s defective.

Re: Voltage reducer problem
I’ll recheck, but that’s what it was afraid of. Thanks for the help.
