2011 DS IQ goes in reverse, but only sometimes in forward

Whats up guys,
First I want to say thank you in advance for the help and direction. I was able to restore my 89 CC DS thanks to the members here and picking up this newer cart has thrown me for a doosy. It is a 2011 CC DS IQ, which I know very little about.

The cart goes perfect in reverse, but when I put it in forward it does not go anywhere. I can hear the solenoid clicking, and after 3-4 seconds of pressing the accelerator pedal a buzzer comes on and it beeps at me (like hey jerk stop pressing, I'm not going to move).
What is getting me is that sometimes it will work and go forward (not very often), but it is not a smooth increase in speed, it like creeps then takes off like a bat out of hell.

From what a few people have told me it could be the MCOR, F&R rocker or controller. I don’t know how to test any of those to see if that is where the problem is, but I can sure take some direction on how to do so and I will gladly attempt it!

Any direction or input where to start is greatly appreciated.

Just pick one and start. Pull the Fwd/Rev rocker and jumper it. Orange to Blue and then next go Orange to Brown. Be sure to be in Tow until you are ready to test the jumped configuration, then go back to Run.
