Default Top speed

My cart does 18mph with 22" tires. I'm not sure if anything speed wise has been done to it. Does 18mph sound like stock? I'm wanting to get a little more out of it.

Depends but you’re approaching top speed regardless without a controller/motor upgrade.

How would I be able to tell if anything has been done to it? I thought about doing speed code or magnet.

Give us the details on what cart you have. Serial number would help also. Then post pictures of your motor, controller, solenoid, etc...

Once we have all of that, we can tell you what you have and give advice on modifications.

According to your speed it sounds likely that your running either SC4 or a speed magnet... A stock cart is not likely to get much more speed than where your at, it is just running out of juice...

I will take pictures when I go by the house later. The only pictures I have now is the outside of the cart.

Don't they normally go a little faster with the bigger tires?

No matter what I do it keeps flipping my pictures upside down. Like I said I was given the cart free it still needs some cleaning up. What all is OK to get wet?

With fresh batteries and a high speed motor magnet, I get a pretty consistent 21 mph.
