Default No Go in reverse on a inline,very slow on flat ground

Have a 1996 ezgo txt series,have replace f/r switch,controller,ITS switch,motor,new batterys and cable ends,but will not go up a small inline in rev.Have check all voltages all look right What am I missing other than a can of gas and a match.

1/2 speed reverse = 50% PWM duty cycle when pedal is on floor.

Try driving up same incline in forward with pedal only pushed halfway down.

Pull the orange wire or disconnect MS-4 and try it.

Insulate and tie out of the way.

Or, you might add an in-line switch to it so you'll have 1/2 speed reverse (which is safer in most situations) and be able to shut it off when needed.
