you have lost almost 2 volts from what a good pack should have,you sure they are all fully charged and you have a good meter?
Meter is good, all solenoids are new. Checking to make sure all 6 of the new batteries are fully charged

Decided to scrap the charger due to age and just get a new one. Replaced the one bad battery

Hi Bunchy,

Your fully charged pack should read over 40v, closer to 41v actually. Your batteries are still not fully charged at 38.2v. Get the new charger, get the pack voltage above 40v and if you’re still having problems we can investigate further.

I'm not trying to step on any toes here, but a fully charged 36 volt pack is fully charged at 38.2 resting voltage. After 12 hours of settling after the charger cuts off. Most chargers cut off around 45 volts.

Sorry, yes mgray70, you are correct. I had a brain fade. I have even used that chart myself in the past.
