4 week build
First time ever messing with a golf cart. Bought this old junky 1995 medalist in early April. Worked on it every Tuesday and every other Sunday with my son since about a week after purchase. I think its coming out pretty good.
Mods so far 6 lift, 23 tires on 12 wheels, 2 gauge cables, HD solenoid and F/R switch, navitas 600 amp tsx controller, HD coil over struts front and rear, new steering box, new steering wheel, painted txt body, new upholstery, rhino lined uprights, rear seat frame and roof, rock lights, head lights, tail lights, added brake switch, custom mounted 3 switch panel, battery gauge, swapped back up buzzer with dash mounted light, 12v converter, fuse block, 36v and ground distribution blocks under front cowl, brush bar, dual air horns, mirrors, tinted windshield, remote in off to replace key, new charge port. Still in garage waiting for install Plumquick cobra motor, fender flares, rear seat cushion, new floor mat, black diamond plate rockers and kick plate. |
