Need help wiring an Alltrax Sr controller
I have a 500 amp alltrax sr controller going into a 1999 series cart. When I got the cart there was no stock controller or the harness that went with it. I have the standard 4 wires coming from the throttle box. Black,white,green, and red. Then the only other wires are the green and blue coming from the key switch. I'd be greatfull for any help. I tried calling D&D where i got it and the motor from but they don't offer tech support apparently.

Wouldn't a 1999 series drive have an ITS throttle?

So my cart is missing a ton of that. I have that diagram but I’m just trying to dumb it down. I literally only have the 2 ignition/key wires and the 4 wires from the pedal box. The orange wire is non existent

Looks like you've got everything from the charger port to the solenoid coil, so you only have to make a couple connecting wires to have a complete control circuit. Plus one from MS-4 to the controller for half speed reverse.
