Default 07 CC precedent upgrade to lithium help

Hey guys, long time listener, 1st time caller.
I have a 2007 Precedent (PM) that I have bought a RoyPow 105 to replace my 48v 4x12v trojans. For all I have read, this is drop in and go.... never works like that for me lol.
Cart is stock as far as I know. 100a SOL1706 solenoid. Curtis 1510a-5250 controller. Not sure of motor. Cart worked fine with trojans that died recently.
Battery is in. Bypassed OBC connecting ground to charge port and connect blue and white. Battery turns on fine.
Reverse makes the reverse buzz.
But....
It does not move and the resistor for the solenoid gets really hot.
Thanks!!
Mark

Double check all the wires to the controller. Make sure they are all in the right place.

That only means one thing. The contactor isn't closing and it's trying to run by pulling current through the precharge resistor. Find out why it isn't closing.

I have double checked my wiring with the same results. Without completely understanding solenoids, is it possible the lithium pack is "too much" for the 100a solenoid? Just overpowering it and causing it to stay engaged?

Tested battery - 52.7
Solenoid - 52.6

Gotta agree that the solenoid is open, but why? I took before photos and I am exactly where I was, just with the new battery (and the obc bypass that has been mentioned on other threads).

Solenoid hot with tow switch off too.

Just spitballing before I have to take this to one of the local shops....
