If you have power at all those and it still doesn’t work then it is more than likely bad

Ok so it was the controller. It’s been replaced and now I’m thinking something is wrong with the motor.
On the larger wires, what voltage should they be? |

Disregard. Took the motor off and found it needs repaired.
