charging problems
a good friend of mine has a 2001 cc 48v and the charger is acting up. sometimes it will charge like it should and other times its like it hangs up and wont cycle off. when it does this the first two batts on the pos end of pack dont seem to be getting full charge and the other 4 are boiling. it has 6 week old trojans...... new on board computer..... and the charger checks out good according to the local golf cart shop. anyone ran into this issue? thanks

Re: charging problems
I would check the condition of ALL BATTERYS ( just because they are new does not mean one could not be defective ), as you may have one wired wrong ( reverse polarity ), loose connection, cable high resistance, or defective batttery causing your problem.
