I hear ya. I'm going to test each one tomorrow and see where there at. I bought this cart 6 mo ago so I bet these have at least 4-5 yrs on them.

Cart did run good right up to last week. Rode 5 miles that night..placed on charger and went to ride next morning ... No go.
Didn't know if it was controller/solenoid or what but with bad/poor batteries I guess I won't get good test results...

Awwww forget it. Batteries tested bad. 6v X 5 and one at 4v !

It is impossible to troubleshoot a modern cart without a "known-good" battery pack.

4 volts sounds like a dead battery (A 6 volt battery produces around 2.3 volts per cell. That is 7.2 volt for a fully charged, perfect battery. A 6 volt battery that reads 6 volts is considered to be a dead battery.)
You made me do it.. Tonight.

I tested each one(disconnecting inter links Got 4 at 6.1 volts (2) at 6.0 v and one at only 4 volts. Looks like some new batteries right now.

1800 or 2000 batteries.

Yes, read up on that.

In my case I have to get all 6 anyway. Five tested at 6v and one at only 4v

I guess they all gave up the ghost after the last ride. Got the last five miles out of it and next morning all were found dead under the seat .

I have researched some here and (most I've read point to the Trojans (6) T105 @ $800.00 or T-124 @ (6) $1,044.00 (I've paid less for crated V8 engines..15 yrs ago)

at #3: USB US-2200 Batteries (no $ as yet)

#4 and 5 , Exides; E3600, 390 Min @25Amps, 110 Min @75Amps to 5.25 volts, 186Ah @20Amps, (*) or Napa 8144 (mfg. by Exide -) @ $142.00 /ea at NAPA stores

{ or the Exide GC2-H Batteries} Research for prices show most same based overall... no cheap outlets for quality batteries thus far. Good comes with $$$

Calling trojan dealer now.

Compare batteries AND price, not all batts are the same. A good reference is weight. You are buying lead plates, the more plates the higher the amperage storage capacity
