Default 2007 EZGO loss of power

I have an electric ezgo with 2009 batteries, the cart is fully charged but it runs slow like it is going dead. I may go out later and get on it and it runs good, few minutes later slow again....a while later fast again. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks in advance.

First thing I would do is clean and tighten all connections and see what it does.

Welcome to BGW!

Is it PDS or Series?

What is the battery voltage when it runs good?
What is the battery voltage when it runs bad?

Could be the solenoid is sticking closed. When you go does the solenoid ALWAYS click? Or does only click sometimes? Maybe not clicking when the car goes slow?

It is a PDS,I have already cleaned and tighten all battery cables. If I check each battery I and getting a 6.2 reading on each battery.
