well I can't say for sure, but seeing as how I have a rear seat, and HD springs on the rear, I had the need to replace my front springs, when I bought my cart the front springs were rusted very bad, so I opted for HD front springs, I like them myself, and seeing as how I ride on the street most of the time or at least on grass, not what I would call true "4-wheeling" they work for me. and looking at the front springs that I took off, they must have been HD fronts as well. I personally would match the springs..... but thats just me.

I am curious also sc, due tell ?? you sure about that hoop thing ??

And Bull203, it appears you have the full length bumper on that cart. It may not line up correctly with the body you got so you may just want to throw it on there to check.

As for options, they are endless if your bank account can handle it :)

See the two attachments. The first is from the 1994-1995 medalist parts pdf. The second is from the 1996-current TXT parts pdf. No hoop on TXT.

sportcoupe,
when buying springs, most cases they are listed as 1994-2000.5 txt , that will include my medalist correct?

The medalist is built on the TXT frame, springs would be the same

Thanks sc, I would have sworn I have seen that loop in newer carts but may be confusing it with the workhorses.. I am pretty sure my 08 has at least part of the loop so it has a place to mount the sides. Mine are the long wheel base but I wonder if the short ones use it too..

It's 11pm and I finally got the rear springs on and the lift installed on they back. Nothing like 15 year old bolt and nuts to make a Saturday drag on. But it's done and done right. Now for the front tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have a pic tomorrow with the tires on as well.
