So concensus guys? I replaced the Rectifier and Relay in the charger. All fuses are good. I have reset OBC sev times. I even bypassed the OBC and charger stil won't charge. No Sound No Clicks, nada.

With all this info its got to be charger transformer right?

Pull on the grey wire in the back of the receptacle on the cart and see if it's not broken internally. You'll get a relay click even with a bad transformer

You need to start from the basics and figure out why you're not getting 48VDC to the charger relay. Pull the Blue wire and the red wire off of the relay. Insert probes from a multimeter into the ends of them and plug the DC cord into the cart. You should see full battery voltage within 2-10 seconds. If you don't, you've got a blown fuse, bad wire on the cart, or bad OBC.
