club car OBC not charging
MY 2006 club car stop charging I have the charger check and it's working fine so I replaced the on board computer and it started to change like it should for about 30 mins and now doing the same thing. Is there anything else to try, did I destroy the new obc I took it out twice to make sure I put it in right.

Re: club car OBC not charging
Did you check all connections to make sure they were clean, and tight?

Re: club car OBC not charging
I took it out again this morning, and I also took apart the plug that the charger plug in on the golfcart the plug is not a real tight fit but sung. I really don't know what else to do.it work for about 30 mins and now doing the same old thing. Do you think I mess up the new obc that quick or maybe just a bad one

Re: club car OBC not charging
Could be but not thinking so. I have seen where they have been put in backwards do this, but my carts are 65 miles away wrapped up for the winter. How long have you had the cart? I would check all connections well, make sure a battery lug has not popped loose also.

Re: club car OBC not charging
I don't think I could have put it in backwards it looks like it only go's in a certain way. I've had the cart for about two year's without any problems all the connections seem tight. What do you mean by putting it in backwards? I'll try anything at this point. Thanks!!!!!

Re: club car OBC not charging
I have seen in the past one battery in the pack show an extremely low voltage and then go to negative voltage under load. This has caused chargers to act this way before. Check the voltage of each battery.
