Default Shuddering Ez-Go

My old ez-go has a full battery charge of 35+ volts but when I depress the throttle it starts off just fine until I go a little past start and then it shudders and has no power. It will barely move on a flat surface. This Is the same in both forward and reverse. I tested the reverse switch and there is very little voltage drop across the terminals in both directions. Its an electric ez-go.
I completed ScottyBs very helpful diagnostics with the following results;
All tests passed with the exception of "If the voltage remains below 14 V the controller is faulty". The voltage is zero volts.
I tested the voltage at the motor terminals but I just lost the results on my iPad as I tried to cut and paste.
Does this sound like a controller problem ?
Thanks for your help in advance.

Welcome to BGW

35 + volts is a dead 36 volt battery pack. what is each batteries volts? and when is the last time you charged the batteries?

What year is the cart, and what drive system, Marathon, TXT, PDS, series, DCS

Thanks for the prompt reply. I'll check out the individual batt voltage but I'm not sure what the year or drive system is.

For future reference, click on the thumbnail. For really large images, you can click on it once to open in a larger view, click a second time and it will open in a new browser tab, click a third time, and it will zoom to full size.

And, if you insert an image like you did, it shows up as full size. I always attach, just out of habit. That way a large image is scaled in a single click, and the post fits a normal window.

I've seen images inserted that were so large, you had to scroll up and down and side to side, just to read the post and see the pic.
