Default Oil coming out of G1

I have a G1 I can not get to run; It almost starts and fires but never runs completely. I took of the muffler in case it was clogged and it is blowing out out of the head. Any ideas?

Did you just get this cart? Do you know the history of it?

I do not know the history. Compression is about 130 and the piston and rings looking through the exhaust port look like they might be new

Have you changed the gas? Is the oil injection still hooked up?

I have not changed the gas yet. I was thinking it could be that. Oil injection is still hooked up

What color is the gas in the tank?
Here's a quick test to see if the float is set too high...
Pull the fuel line off the carb and plug the line. With a good spark plug in the motor, try to start it.

Clear with 2 cycle oil sitting in the bottom of the tank. So if shaken it will be 2 cycle gas color

You can't run oil in the tank, and oil injection at the same time. That gives too much oil and won't allow it to start. That's how I bought a cart very cheap.

Here's a simple test...
Pull the fuel line off the carb and plug the line.
Pull the bowl off the carb, empty it, and re-install.
Put a piece of fuel line to the carb, and fill it with straight fuel, no oil.
Install a new/good spark plug.
See if it fires up.
Don't run it long with straight fuel.
This test will just tell you if it is an over-oiling issue.

I undid the pickup line for the gas tank and put it into a gas tank I have here and there was no change.

Did you empty the old gas out of the carb and fuel line?
