I was talking about used. New you can probably find from one of the Site Sponsors.

Looking closer into it, it looks like all I really need is the short harness that plugs into the controller. It has 4 wires, Orange, Red, Black and White. The black and white go to another plug that comes form the throttle, but someone cut the green and red wire. I would buy that new if i could find it. I don't believe I can post pics yet, so I hope I described it okay.

You don't want to replace that. The 4 wire Molex plug *connector) from the throttle box is a known problem, and it's best to simply solder and heat-shrink or butt splice and heat-shrink.

That explains the number of "Posts" he had, when I replied this morning.

Thanks for all the help. Right now I cut that plug out and used butt connectors just to get things going. I will solder and heat shrink when I know it works. Thanks for the heads up on that plug, saved me money and I’m sure headaches

Here are a few pics. I put the controller and solenoid back in and everything is pretty much wired up. I'm missing that 250 ohm resistor that goes across the two large terminals. I'm going to have to order that. The charging port is also missing. Other than that, I think it's ready to have 36 volts connected and I'll see what's up. Thanks again for all the help.

One other thing. I found this black wire coming off the forward/reverse switch. From what I can tell from the wiring diagram, it goes to the small terminal on the solenoid. Just wanted to make sure that's right.

Thanks
