Ezgo Gas 1994 wiring

I have 1994 not the 1994.5 and it starts when you turn the key. Isn't it suppose to start when you hit the gas pedal? There is a wire that is diconected from down by the cable in a box. And the other one goes to the directional control switch. Dose anyone have a wiring diagram. Or know where the wire are suppose to go?http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/images/smilies/help.gif

My guess is someone jumped the micro to make it start with the key. there should be a grey wire comming out of the acc box under the cart. If you trace that wire you should be able to find where the micro was by passed.

With the key off, mash the accelerator while lookin under the seat just behind the kick panel on the drivers side. You should see the rocker switch moving to the action of the pedal. Its not big so look carefully. Disconect one of the wires going to it and then switch the key on. If this resolves it, you probably have a bad switch. If not then its probably jumped out like scottyb says.

Thanks I figured it out. It was a wire that when down to the switch acc box. They had the wire go to the batt to bypass the switch. Thanks
