Hard Starting EZ-Go
Gentlemen: I recently purchased a used 2002 EZ-Go Txt and have replaced the front end with a long travel kit and 22" tires. My cart however seems to take forever to start and thats using the choke in warm weather. What can be do to speed up the starting and also remove the smell of gas when it does start. It seems to be ok after you go thru this beginning process for the rest of the day/evening.

Re: Hard Starting EZ-Go
When mine did that it was the valves out of adjustment.
Try setting the valve lash and see if that helps. |
