If you are measuring stock tires you want toe in at about 1/4" difference front to back.....

Thats what I thought it was. I have another couple of questions. My cart pulls to the left pretty hard if I let go of the steering wheel. Also, how the heck do I get the steering wheel straight?, by that I mean when the wheels are straight, the steering wheel is 90 degrees to the right. Any help is greatly appericated.

Check the air pressure.... check the front end for damage. Bent tie rod or front beam? If everything is good you can just remove the wheel and rotate it.

Sometimes you can get some of it back with adjustments on the steering link bar. Make sure the wheels are straight then disconnect the tierod straighten the wheel and adjust tierods to where they need to go.
