The receiver is actually 1/2" back from the step.

Depending on what powder your using the cure temp ranges from 275-400

I like what you have done,but the brass thrust washer you have between the spindle and retaining nut should be at the top of the spindle so it won't be pivoting steel on steel. All of the spindle pressure is up against the axle, thrust washer should be there to prevent it wearing. I like the red powder coat on black.

You are correct on the Brass washer...good eye! I have it in the correct place now, just has it that way mocking it up.

I got 4"on my 83 by putting a txt front end on it and a 1" block How many inches did the front flip give ya?
