OK I bought this cart yesterday
This cart has real cragar mag wheels- This cart is going to used in the country. the cart has golf course style tires.
what would be the largest tires I can put on it for some off roading? do I want larger or more aggressive tread or larger and aggressive tread? I am thinking about some form of brush guard and winch ( I have an extra winch in the garage)- I am thinking about a different rear roof support ( more like roll bar-not for me, but for unique in laws, that could break an anvil) I would like to put a trailer hitch on it to pull my swisher trail mower this is pretty cool cart, we paid the same amount for this cart, as we got when I sold our 89 electric ezgo) I have downloaded the owners manual, who has a good repair manual? |

Re: OK I bought this cart yesterday
From what I've read you can put a 20" tire on it but it will rub when you turn. And if you have weight on the back the rear tires may hit the fender.
Here's a stock DS with 20x10x8 tires on the stock wheels. You can see how tight it is. |

What different lift kits would you recommend? I do not think the family ( in laws ) will agree with a radical lift- I haven't begun to look, but is a 3 or 4 inch lift advisable? we have about 35 acres of fields and woods

Re: OK I bought this cart yesterday
My cart (see the pic below in my signature) has a 6" lift on 22s. I run a double a-arm lift. It cost about $360. Yeah you could do a 4" lift. The cheapest 4" lift is under $200 but you have to cut the frame to install it. It's called a z-lift.
