I need you to do two things.

Read this thread for a copy of the manual. There is a diagram in there for you.

Then start another thread with all of the same information. That way we can concentrate on your cart only. Nobody really reads this thread unless they are doing the HEI conversion.

I installed this mod and it ran great and now I'm sitting here dead to life with spark and fuel....

Please help!

Swapped to the NGK iridium plug and gapped it at .032

Ran for maybe 15 min.

I've thrown every fix listed at this thing.

It wouldn't hold a charge so replaced the starter generator. The wiring was a complete mess so redid it all. For the life of me I can't get it to run. The solenoid I've replaced 3 times. I've did the conversion like other post have talked about. Still nothing. Replaced the limit switches and still no go. I'm not sure what else I can replace. Is there something I'm missing? I have no real wiring diagram to go off of. Any help would be great. Thanks.
You did not say if it has ignition or not. What is the compression? How does the plug look? Are you sure it is getting fuel?

Did the conversion to mine and it has been dead since. I have been regretting it for 3 days now. I take that back the 10-15 minute ride to where it left me stranded was awesome!

Did it die because of ignition? Do you have the module mounted on a heat sink? They will overheat very quickly if not mounted on a heat sink. Also, there is always the chance of getting a bad module, that is why they offer warrantees on new parts, not all are good. The conversion works and has been proven reliable, so if there is an issue, it is not that the conversion is the issue, rather there is another issue, issue with parts in the conversion or issue with something you did.

Im carefully combing through it once again to see anything I could have possibly overlooked. I had the module replaced just in case and am going to retry it again tomorrow. I just dont understand why it worked and then just died.

Hopefully you find something silly and easy to fix!
