I joined this forum since it seems to be the best source of correct technical information and a whole lot of comradery. Looking forward to the journey of bringing this abandoned gem back to life.

Wow a 3 wheeler.
Got one from a friend that had a salvage yard back in late 80’s.
Took motor and controller ( many solenoids and resistors as I remember) out of it and made an electric out board motor for fresh water reservoir fishing boat. Put electric motor on a 5 hp Johnson lower end. A company was making adapter plates for mounting motors I bought at a local bass fishing expo.
Motor only ran in one direction and used forward, neutral , reverse function via outboards lower unit shift gears.

The batteries alone made my 16 foot Jon boat sit 2” lower in water but to cruise at 12 knots Was unheard of back then.

I have a 1998 Western Elegante (on an EzGo TXT chassis), and I needed some new slam brackets (strike plates) for the back gate. After much searching, I found them on SiraWeb.com. They fit and work great!

Hmmm, looks like this thread may not be active anymore, but seems like a good idea to me. To that end, this picture isn't from 'today', but last weekend I was invited to enter an Easter themed golf cart parade. Here's my Western Elegante decked out to look like an Easter Bunny ...

The manufacturers code is A1584. If I deciphered that correctly it was manufactured January 5th, 1984

Ive already scrapped the windshield and the rotted plywood top that it had. Going to completely break it down and hopefully make it live again.
