I let it charge yesterday until I went to bed, 15 hours, couldn't stay up for the last hour, and was afraid something might go wrong in the last hour. at 15 hours it still was not at full charge. I guess I need to stop freaking out and let it go!
Yes... The OBC will time out the charger at 16 hours. Until you have run some full time charging cycles you don't know if there is or if there is not a problem with the batteries and/or OBC... As long the amp meter on the charger is tapering off as the charge continues and that batteries are not overly warm to the touch or gassing heavily I'd let it go without worry...

Going on JJ's thought here let the cart sit off the charger for least 8 hours and report your rested full pack voltage as well as each battery voltage. Your looking for upwards but not more than 51 rested voltage. Remember this is with the charger NOT plugged into the cart.

Okay, so we had pre Easter today with family, I just got home and plugged the charger in again, I'll let it go for 16 hours and see what happens. Batteries are not hot, slightly warm, cables are not hot or warm, batteries are bubbling/making noise. We will see tomorrow, and I'll take voltage readings as well. Thanks everyone!

Battery pack took full charge, a little overflow from two batteries, I think from previous owner slightly overfilling. System seems to be working fine. I guess I just had to get over the fear of the charger not shutting off, so I took everyone's recommendation and let it charge! Resting voltage was under 51, cant remember exactly, but I believe 50.4, charger zeroed out, batteries did not feel overly warm.
