Default Battery Health

Looking for some information on the health of my battery pack.

Total pack voltage after being plugged in for 24 hours is 50.8v

Battery #1 is 8.55v
Battery #2 is 8.47v
Battery #3 is 8.53v
Battery #4 is 8.54v
Battery #5 is 8.46v
Battery #6 is 8.39v

Haven't tested them under load yet. From what I have read, I need to chock the front wheels or rest it against a wall and press the Go pedal to check voltage under load, or is it acceptable to jack up the rear end and press the Go pedal to test under load?

Also, not sure if my charger is bad or not. When I unplug the cart and wait a few seconds then plug it back it it'll start charging and the pack voltage will get up to 63-65v. Is that normal?

Under load testing is best done while driving. Best from a stop accelerate hard uphill.
Putting the cart up against a wall puts the motor in a stall situation which may damage the motor armature.

Battery #1 is 8.55v Hot off the charger. Let them sit for 24 hours and tell us how much they read then.
Battery #2 is 8.47v
Battery #3 is 8.53v
Battery #4 is 8.54v
Battery #5 is 8.46v
Battery #6 is 8.39v 80% charged - not good considering how charged up the other are.

Unplug the charger for 24 hours and then get the readings? It has been plugged in for over 24 hours, the charger has not turned on for a while.

I believe it is going into the equalization charge mode. That might help level your voltages out.

These batteries are more than 5 years old, so they may need replaced.

What battery do you guys recommend?

Found these locally: https://shop.pghbatteries.com/produc...oducts_id=5377
