Here is a pic of it installed. They provide a mounting bracket and it sits perfectly in the battery compartment.

Unfortunately it won't fit in mine perfectly, as my electronics are in the middle of the battery pack But that's ok, I'll do a little modification and post pics when I get it in there.

EPcchris, where did you purchase your unit? Looks great. Did you install? How can I find a source?

epcchris, can't quite identify the metal box located below the main battery box. Is this box the charger? Can you take another pic showing the area more clear. Can you give us more information of your system and a performance rating on your setup. I would appreciate if anyone could provide a source for this unit close to Oklahoma or shipping from a known source.

I just received back my golf cart with an evolution battery. It’s a club car with a 400 amp controller. Runs pretty well, very clean set up. Similar to the picture.

Only thing I’ve noticed, which I expected, was on the car is stopped, and you depress the accelerator all the way, it will trip the fuse on the battery. This is probably because of the 400 Amp controller. I do wonder if there’s a way to stop this from happening.

Which battery size (AH) do you guys have? I notice the cases are different (at least the connection leads are diff location). Also, how are you handling/reducing 12v accessory connection?

I'm trying to determine which battery (extremeteam vs RoyPow vs EVolution) will work best for my Carryall 6 (FLA batteries mount under the truck bed area, no tub currently). Thanks

Not sure of the serial number that is displayed on the top of the unit, but I think that number may include the size of the unit. "B48110..." vs the other pic "B48130..." = 48V/110Ah vs 48V/130Ah, respectively. I too, would like to know how to get this unit ordered. Anyone have this info. Thanks.

Thanks! I couldn't read the numbers on my old computer. Of these ready-made packs only one (that I can identify) has build-in voltage step down to 12v for accessories is extreme team. I like the looks of the EVolution but really want more detail on cells/density/BMS used on the three brands (EVolution, RoyPow, extreme team). With my carryall 6 it's mostly used for property maintenance. I'm assuming a 100-110AH should be enough. I tow a little, wood chipper, splitter but not over long distances. Very ready to ditch FLA.
