Thanks! I think I'm going to re-attach the body with the bare-minimum number of rivets to keep it in place, so my daughter can see it all together when she gets back from camp. If so, I'll be sure to post a pic here..

We will be putting on flames - that could be put on with the body in place, but I want to put a nice coat of lacquer over it when the flames are done, so for that I want the body off again. My daughter will help me with the flame design.
Actually, the back would be easy to work with installed, but the front needs to be removed to do it right - that lip around the dash covers a good half-inch of the body. I have plenty of rivets, though! :) ..a |
