Default help the new guy

I have just completed ...so I thought rebuilding a 91 ez go marathon. New batteries, EMP motor, upgraded wiring. I turn the key press the pedal and get the big nada. I have checked all the wiring numerous times, cleaning everything. There is one wire that comes off the double micro switch on the F/R switch that isn't hooked up to anything, but the wiring diagram doesn't show it. Does anybody have any ideas about that or other trouble shooting i can do ?

I'm fedo's next door neighbor and I used the same diagram you just posted pggroves. We got it. Right now he's taking his kids for their 1st ride down our street.
