I am sure you are up the task. But the guy paid 1500 for that with no charger and it does not run

but it is cool looking

no he paid $600 for that... doesn't want to spend more than $1500 total

Well Thanks to the wiring diagram on the site here I got the beast running again, The entire battery area had to be removed due to rust. The no run condition was due to a bad micro switch and a short on the throttle switch..... I thought about protecting the new rails with some primer or something but at this rate, the galvanized steel will out last the rest of the cart the way it is now! Holy Rust Buckets! Now it's just making all new cable runs.

Well, with a mill' in the chopper, I'd imagine there wasn't much of a budget for a cart.

Some progress... Not a perfect solution but with out a welder and not much metal left it'll do the job of holding batts just fine.

Much Better!

Fresh resister pack, all new lugs, 4ga welding wire through out.

Now just need to get the lights working, address a few steering issues, mount a new top, and remove the naked lady from the mud flap!
