When you say "tore it down" how much did you do? The usual suspects are low battery voltage, FNR switch, mis-wired connections or a combination of little things. More info on your cart would be helpful: Series/PDS/DCS controller? Stock or aftermarket controller? Age of batteries? Pack voltage? Solenoid clicks but that doesnt' mean it is working properly, a bad solenoid could cause your symptoms too!

Oh, and WELCOME! There are a lot of people here who can help, you might have to do some checks first so they can lead you down the right path.

Welcome !!!!

I am assuming you meant a TXT model instead of text model ()

Anyway where is your FnR switch, sounds like it could be your solenoid, but need more info as stated above.

What mods have been done to the cart?

I have a 96' TXT DCS and after i put it back togather I had the same problem. All I had to do was switch the run/tow over to tow for 30 seconds and then back to run. I dont know if you have a DCS but knowing how involved you got in the re-build would help.

If it was working good, why did you tear it down?
